Clear before
we begin.

Are there hidden fees?

No. The agreed package and scope are written down before work begins. Third-party costs are identified when applicable. Work outside the scope is estimated at $60/hour and requires your approval.

Do I own my customer payments?

Yes. Customer payments go through your Stripe or payment provider and into your business bank account. TOEK can integrate the system but does not hold your revenue.

Can I choose a one-time website instead?

Yes. Website Ownership is $650 one time for the agreed website, setup, launch, and account handoff. It does not include ongoing TOEK Website Care.

Does every business need automation or AI?

No. We start with the real operational problem. Automation or AI is only recommended when it offers a practical, understandable benefit.

What do I need to provide?

Your business details, services, contact information, logo, photos, social links, domain access, and any required wording. We never invent testimonials or business claims.
